2. General information
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (in particular the GDPR and the German TDDDG) and this privacy policy. Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. Where personal data (such as name, company, or email address) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible.
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://".
3. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by one.com (one.com Group AB, Carlsgatan 3, 211 20 Malmö, Sweden). When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file accessed
- browser type and version, operating system
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with our hosting provider.
4. Cookies and consent management (Cookiebot)
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies and tracking technologies that are not technically necessary are only used with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
To obtain and manage your consent, we use the consent management service Cookiebot, provided by Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark. When you visit our website, your IP address (in shortened form), the date and time of your consent or refusal, browser information, and the URL of the page are processed for this purpose, and your consent status is stored in a cookie. This processing serves to fulfill our legal obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reopening the cookie settings via the Cookiebot icon at the bottom left of our website.
5. Google Analytics 4
If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of your use of the website (e.g., pages visited, time spent, device used, approximate region of origin, interactions such as clicks on buttons and links). In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are not logged or stored; they are only briefly processed for approximate geolocation. The data collected is generally transferred to Google servers and processed there, including in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, EU standard contractual clauses are in place.
The data we send that is linked to cookies is automatically deleted after 14 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings (Cookiebot icon). Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
6. Google Fonts
This website uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited), for the uniform display of typefaces. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers; in doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The use is based on our interest in a uniform and appealing presentation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy.
7. Contact form and contact by email
If you send us inquiries via the contact form on our website or by email, your details (name, email address, company where applicable, and the content of your message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your inquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data remains with us until the purpose for storing it no longer applies or you request its deletion; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
8. Appointment booking via external services
To arrange calls, we link to the external booking service zcal. Only when you follow such a link do you leave our website; the respective provider is responsible for the data processing that takes place there. The same applies to links to external platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, or Sortlist. Please refer to the respective privacy policies there.
